Just do this…

(I’m bumping this post up due to its popularity)

Ok this post is going to be for people who aren’t making money online, or are making very little. Those of you who are doing just fine, you may be interested too, but if not, just ignore it.

Let’s begin.

Download my favorite keyword research software Market Samurai.

After you download and open it, you are asked to pick a keyword. Pick a general keyword related to a Clickbank product, or an Amazon product.

If you are not an Amazon affiliate, join here.

If you are not a Clickbank affiliate, join here.

Now back to Market Samurai. For this demonstration, I’ll pick a general category in Clickbank and go with the keyword…

[THE CONTENT OF THIS POST HAS BEEN MOVED TO BRINGTHEFRESH.COM MEMBERS AREA]

…You are now golden and should never have to touch this site again or do anything else. It should be ranked highly in Google for your keyphrase within one week and create passive income for you every month. Not all of them will be bigtime winners, but the majority will.

This method CANNOT fail, especially if you do this will several sites/keywords every week.

Make one of these sites every day and follow the steps outlined above. It shouldn’t take more than a couple of hours per site, and each one should bring you a few hundred dollars in residual income every month for many years to come.

If a site ever starts to slip in the rankings after you are in the top 10, or they don’t quite make the top 10, but get close, just get a few more backlinks as described above and write an additional post and do all of that pinging stuff again.

Anytime you want to add a new site, make sure you go into godaddy and change its nameservers to your hostgator nameservers. Then log into your hostgator cpanel and under “domains” click “add-on domain”. Then just type in the domain and pick a password. Then go to fantastico and install wordpress on it and repeat the whole process above.

Any questions, feel free to ask. This process isn’t perfect or even potentially the best way to do things, but it’s easy, and I’ve tested it, and it’s what I give my friends who ask about making money online and have no experience. You may have a better way, or tweaks that work a little better. If so, great! Feel free to share.

Take Care,

Kelly

P.S. You can also find your own high quality .edu and .gov backlinks by doing [MOVED TO BRINGTHEFRESH.COM MEMBERS AREA]

Just do this stuff EVERY DAY. In a few months your life will have changed. Its not rocket science, and its not hard. And you don’t need to buy any ebooks or courses to do this. Many of the most successful businesses and people in the world have figured out how to do something very simple that makes them money. And they do it over and over and over again. It doesn’t need to be groundbreaking or hard. It just needs to work. And this does.

Wow!

Killer blog post, Kelly. You’ve really outdone yourself this time =)

There are a number of things I thought were particularly cool, especially your .gov and .edu link gathering strategy…

Keep it up, homey!

Damn you’ve outdone yourself with this post, it was worth the wait!

So would you rather do this method on your own new domain name or why not just get a free wordpress/blogger if the keyword is available – Does it really matter?

Let me know, really going to try this out!

Sweet list of edu/gov links. You know these heave much more value then the average .com link – I went through these and many that come up are no-follow. Do you care if they are/aren’t? All SEOs argue over the no-follow thing. Anyways, this was a KILLER POST. If you can hire some staff and crank out 10 of these sites per day – CHA CHING!!!

I just made my first blog ever using this technique after reading it fifteen minutes ago. I did everything you said so far, just got done pinging it. Now I will have to get about 50 links to it and it should rank, oh and bookmark it as well.

Here’s what it came out to be:

http://forextradingbook.wordpress.com/

Not the best ever but I think it’s pretty decent and will convert once it ranks.

I’m going to create a total of 5 blogs for 5 keywords and get each one using your method. IF ANY of them get me sales I will blow this method up like crazy – thanks for sharing man, I really hope this works…

here is my twist on it mate:

1) get ye article on wordpress with all the tweaks you mentioned, affiliate link in it, etc

2) dump it into bookmarking demon and have it bookmarked 100 times at least

3) ping it using pingomatic

4) hop onto warrior forum and order those blog comment links, order 100 of them for $10 – all with perfect anchor text

5) start a campaign in thelinkjuicer which will deliver 10 links per day to your URL also with perfect anchor text

i think it’s impossible to not be #1 within 1-2 weeks using this method here mate. that wordpress site will have at least 100 indexed links with unique content and of course your affiliate income ;-)

Hey Kelly,

I scored a handful of PR2-PR3 edu/gov links from that trick you just posted (thanks a bunch dude!)

But some of them are no-follow – and every SEO argues that value of no-follow links but I guess a mixture isn’t bad.

Still can’t believe you’re giving all this sh*t away for FREE – your blogs spreading like nuts on Twitter, I got like 6 notifications of it today haha

Cheers,

Reminds me of this quote:

“Your income is directly related to your philosophy, NOT the economy.” Jim Rohn

Jim Rohn was one of the greatest business minds of our time. And what you’re saying about people that make big money learn a formula and then do it over & over again makes a lot of sense.

The entreprenuer tends to come up with new stuff and catchy innovations or whatever and years later nothing gets done and their off on a new project.

If someone were to use this system and build 10 sites per day for 1 year I can’t see why they can’t make 6 figures in 2010. I’m sure you would agree, Kelly.

this has to be insanity, is this the rich jerk?

alright, let me tell you a story that you may enjoy. many years ago i was doing law work just gotten out of law school times were tough and money was low (very low).

i’ve always been an internet fan and was typing in rich people’s names into google (donald trump, robert kiyosaki, etc) and i saw an ad not to buy their stuff from so i clicked on it – it was a rich jerk ad, and i bought the program, the coaching, the whole nine yards.

it changed my financial life. i never became a millionaire like you but i did pretty damn good and make a comfortable living to this date. anyways, i was on twitter and saw tweet about the rich jerk and i landed on this blog – then i saw the first post where you talked about being him – this is seriously insane.

i don’t know if you read these comments or if you’ll even ever get my comment here, but i salute you for putting out such value. you’re book for a hundred bucks has gotten me 1000x+ ROI and i would’ve gladly paid more for it and feel like i still owe you something.

do me a favor, if you ever read this comment or somehow get it just reply here (i’ll keep checking) so i know that my voice was heard and a big big thank you to you.

Just wanted to update my comment above, I’ve created a total of 4 websites targeting keywords as Kelly described to do. The only thing left now is bookmarking and 20 links each. I really really hope this works, it would be my first dollar online – give it another 1-2 weeks to see results, can’t wait anymore… let’s goo!!!

Jay: I think you’re missing the most important part of the process – you need your own domain. Not a subdomain of wordpress.com. In other words, instead of http://forextradingbook.wordpress.com/, you would need to buy http://www.forextradingbook.com

Victor, I go for dofollows, and you can download a plugin for Firefox called “NoDoFollow” which tells you if links are dofollow or not.

Addarius – Good points. Bookmarking Demon can be useful as well, and the link juicer is not bad. It will definitely get you some backlinks. Its just kind of annoying to use, what with having to alter all of the spyntext, etc.

Comment from Jay Machi
December 8, 2009 at 5:37 pm

Yeah I guess I’m being cheap by not purchasing domains for each keyword – I mean if you have 100s of keywords to target times $7 a pop it adds up quickly.

I’m going to test it out without their own domain names and see what happens. You said in your other blog posts that you do a lot of black hat stuff with setting up authority pages and sending massive links to them.

Anyways, I will report back here if it works or not. I hope it does but let’s see what happens…

By the way, does it really matter if it’s a single domain name or a WP site?

I run a dating website and this is very applicable to what I do. I can create these and redirect the traffic back to the money site. The best part about having your own domain name is you can direct the traffic in an instant.

For example, if you’re in the forex market and have $10k/month in affiliate income you can launch your own product and have TONS of traffic in 24 hours since you control the traffic.

Hey everyone,

Here’s the scoop:

I think it’s really cool how folks are coming together and sharing really top notch advice on this Blog because even though I like it that there are watchdog type Blogs and forums out there which serve a valuable purpose, just like with politics, it’s hard to be positive when you’re a watchdog.

And let’s face it, to be successful in business in the long term and not just in short bursts, we need a *positive* beacon.

A number of philosophers have spoken about a “city on a hill” and it’s mentioned many times in the bible.

I’ve often thought of the Internet as a great opportunity for such a city to crystallize.

The great fear on the net for new entrepreneurs is the vial question:

**************************
“WILL IT WORK FOR ME?”
**************************

I used to wrestle in high school and college and though by my record I was pretty good, looking back I don’t remember walking into a single match really feeling like I was going to kick the other guy’s butt.

I might have known it intellectually, I might have understood it from hundreds of matches I won measured against only a handful that I lost, but still it was almost unimaginable every time that I would win.

Likewise in business I’ve managed enough successes to overcome the bone head mistakes of my youth…

I’ve witnessed and taken part of a number of really astonishing projects working with Kelly and our friend David Mills and a number of really talented other folks that you may or many not have heard of…

…It’s not important who at the moment, but what is important is that I’ve seen a million dollars made in 18 hours from the preparation side and from the earnings side and I was a principle in 1.16 million dollars per hour created almost from the beginning to the end, and one thing never changed:

*******************************************
Before I made my first dollar I was always so nervous!
*******************************************

Every single time it was like the first time I kissed a girl!

(Which by the way is just like the LAST time I kissed a girl, lol.)

I don’t know if I’m beating around the bush here, and I don’t know if everyone feels the same way.

Maybe there are steely nerved folks who somehow never feel butterflies or nervous that they’ll be able to reach the next rung…

…Or even at times worry if they’ll be able to hang on.

I want to offer four points of value because I was inspired by the value of this post and the value that’s been created by folks posts – Kelly’s and everyone else here.

*************************
Wining through preparation.
*************************

>>Point 1) Winning happens in preparation.

Everyone remembers this:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fztlLwgSFCg

The Miracle on Ice, when a totally outmatch 1980 Olympic US Hockey team made up of college kids stunned the professional Soviet hockey juggernaut to win the gold medal.

But as the movie Miracle did a wonderful job of illustrating the winning was in the preparation.

Here’s a clip from the movie where the kids practice till they puke:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ArfkSX7ssM4

Sound harsh?

Watch the first clip and you tell me, because it felt pretty darn good for those kids to walk away champions and rally the spirit of an uncertain nation.

Malcolm Gladwell’s book, Outliers points out two important studies that back US Olympic coach Herb Brooks work ethic…he missed another key point, but David Mills spotted it and it’s a huge part of Kelly’s success, my success and David’s.

Here’s the rundown:

Outliers points to 2 key studies…

The first notes that of the 75 wealthiest people in world history, 60% came from one country in a 150 year span.

The country is America, and the span is from the Civil War until today.

>>Point 2)

************************
Conditions create success?
************************

The point is that conditions create success. So we want to be just as aggressive about who we associate with because our dreams are fragile!

America was such a beautiful place to be an entrepreneur especially starting with the industrial revolution in America where taxes were low and where the government is limited by the Constitution that reserves power for the States and for individuals.

Other countries in other conditions just didn’t have the same kind of success. And the whole world benefited as food, clothing, goods and ideas have been created that have benefited the world.

What would have happened if those kids on Herb Brooks championship 1980 team had gone home after practices to families and girlfriends who thought they were crazy practicing this hard?

What if American fans had booed and hissed at the American team while they fought so bravely to overcome such absurd seeming odds?

For me even thinking about such a silly idea leads me to appreciate the support and caring of those close to the players on that team, and their fans and the nation that rallied behind their Olympic run.

It also leads me to appreciate the incredible support I’ve gotten from David, Kelly and many others throughout the years on my path to success.

I only have a few people in my life, but I have chosen them carefully and I take great care of those relationships. I also try to take good care of myself.

And it helps me appreciate the advantage that any entrepreneur gets online where tyranny and regulation are currently at a very weak ebb.

There are active and powerful voices calling for an end to the gold rush of abundance that the Internet makes possible by allowing information to travel by test, video and picture all over the world allowing businesses to be built, love to form and creativity to abound.

Besides, the earlier the better. ;)

>>Point 3)

*******************
The Rule of 10,000.
*******************

The second study in outliers was the rule of 10,000, where Gladwell points to a study that shows that what Mozart, Bill Gates and the Beetles had in common was 10,000 hours of focused practice.

The Beetles started as a very average band…

…Until they played 1200 5-8 hour sets in dive bars in Hamburg’s red light district. After that they were freaking awesome.

Similarly Gates programmed and programed working job to job, until he got to be killer at programming.

Some folks think Mozart had it made because he was a child prodigy, but the reality is that while he started composing when he was young, his stuff was mostly what you would expect of a beginner: copy and pastes of the work of the masters.

But by working as a ghost writer for years Mozart honed his craft.

And by the time he was in his mid twenties he was one of the best ever.

What slightly evaded Gladwell was that such practice must be with some sort of feedback loop, usually at least in part provided by an audience.

That’s why I provided the key information on each of these masters, which is how they got their feedback.

Kelly got his feedback from working as a Hollywood actor for a while and then switching to Internet marketing where he got feedback from prospects and customers.

David Mills and I were in similar situations, either working on our own projects or consulting or partnering with others to keep the bills payed and feedback flowing.

*****************
The feedback loop.
*****************

One of the ninja things that Kelly dedicated this Blog to, and that has started to crystallize on this blog is a culture of positive but also focused and valuable feedback.

Because our brains feast on such raw authentic feedback we learn fast that way.

Feedback is nutrition for our brains.

Cooking is a great metaphor. Top chefs in New York City often hit the fish markets before dawn to pick out the best ingredients. That’s because they know that starting with great ingrediatnts puts their creations in the best position to delight.

1. >>The better our preparation, the better our results.

2. >>The better our conditions, the better our results.

3. >>The more the excellent practice, the better our results.

4. >>The better the feedback, the better the result.

My $.02.

Talk Soon,

Mike Long

Hey kelly great post man! Its nuts how your just being open and real now as opposed to playing the rich jerk role(which was f-in hilarious!) anywho this post has inspired me to do so many things as I have alot of stuff on auto.

I was trying to implement the
/%postname%/ into my blogs parameters but what is happening is it works but it is making pages on some of my other forums not work(likely they are using the same web.config file and when I put in the /%post%/ value it writes new settings in the web.config which mess my other forums up.

My question for you is how do I go about fixing this so they both work.

By the way this blog is so hilarious but so cut to the chase so far.

Great stuff….

Ok, I hired someone to do me angela’s backlinks or paul’s and told them to get me only PR5 and above.

He got me the backlinks but they weren’t PR5 and above….. they were zero.. However, the main websites that host the backlinks pages have PR5 or above.

I think he misunderstood me. Does angela’s method advise that? meaning it doesn’t matter the PR of the page that actually has the link, as long as the main url of the hosting site has a high PR?!

@Daniel

Definitely. A burst of 20-30 links tailing off to just 1 or 2 a day is more than enough.

If you want to go crazy and throw hundreds of links at something, make it an article on an authority site, like EzineArticles, Squidoo or similar – they can take it.

Dear Kelly,

Pls could u make it clear the below you said:

“Make note of each of the the public digg pages that show each of your diggs. Now go back to pingomatic and ping those digg urls too. Again maybe only 3-5 of them a day”

When you say a note, you mean regarding the blog/site where the backlink is located? Or regarding the content of our backlink website? ie. Write a note regarding music (if backlink is located in music blog) instead of internet tv (if backlink sends visitor to our website which refers to internet channels for example).

Appreciate soonest response for every webmaster here, Kelly you made a fantastic job all these years

Hey great post. I think I may have figured out what I am doing wrong.

Let me ask…
Say I have a keyword I want to use called “dog hair removal.” If that keyword is not available in .com, .net or .org, you suggest to go on to the next keyword because it is very important to use it in my domain name. My question then, why can’t we use the keyword on a secondary page of our website? For example, if http://www.doghairremoval.com is unavailable, why can’t I use a domain like http://www.joesdoggroomingtips.com and have “dog hair removal” as a page within the website? The page I would optimize and to which I point all my backlinks would be, http://www.joesdoggroomingtips.com/doghairremoval.html. Is it not good enough to have “dog hair removal” as a page by itself? Must it be part of the primary domain of the site?

Hi Kelly

Great post. I really appreciate it. I have a couple of questions. I will be really grateful if you can clarify a couple of things:

1. If I ask outsource the backlinking job of 50-100 backlinks and he/she does it in 2-3 days, then that much more than 10-15 backlinks per day. Is google going to penalize for that?
2. Angelas backlinks or Pauls backlinks has high PR but does the url of our post has similar quality? SOme peole say that Angelas backlinks or Pauls backlinks are no more effective. I am a little confused.
Looking forward to hear from you.

Thank you.

I just wanted to thank you again, because I made 200 bucks in my first month using this method. This is exactly how I got ranked for a keyword that has 310k searches a month.

I’m honestly considering turning this into a career now (I still have a little to learn), I can only imagine what Bring The Fresh is like.

Generally correct but the paul/angela banklinks stuff is bullshit IMO.

Drop Angela’s sites into Yahoo Explorer and look at her backlinks.

Multiple high PR backlinks & even evidence of her buying one way links.

does anybody know how much is a fair price for me to pay someone to make 50 links? I know a lot of people outsource these to India and pay very little, but how much?

Awesome post, thank you so much for sharing… usually I can add a little insight, however in this case, it is amazing as it is, and I know it will work if others follow your strategy.

Hi Kelly.

I am a complete Internet Newbie, and decided to give it a shot. I was way too skeptical to buy any course, for most of them seem like a scam. I decided to give this a shot, and I just nailed $1800 in comissions as an affiliate for my blog. This is in the first couple of days, and I expect to nail even more commissions. The site is running very sweetly and I couldn´t even figure how to put Back Links. Thank you very much.

Awww, common Kelly. Why did you move the content of this post to the ‘Bring The Fresh’ members area?

I wanted to copy and paste it for my own records but I figured that I can just come back to this post to refer.

Now it’s not here anymore… :(

What say you give me a break? :D
I mean I have seen the content before, so it is not as if you are showing the content to someone new….

Pretty please…

Correction:

Made $5000 total. This was an awesome post. Kelly and Mike seem to have decided to take it off. I guess the content was too good.

I agree with @Andy Iskandar. Please put the content back up! I have already seen it, and I liked it, but I never copied it into my own records.

I think the only really important part was the search terms to find .edu or .gov backlinks. If anyone remembers maybe they could post a comment?

So ya moved all the good stuff to BTF?! Are they in the basic or FD areas of BTF?

I have a couple good sites that are goldmines but need the targeted eyeballs.

Back-linking is my downfall, just don’t know it well enough.

The contents of this post have been updated and refined many times over now, in the BringTheFresh.com members area.

I kept this post up for around 6 months before moving it to BTF at the request of many members. They didn’t want everyone else getting it!

And because so many people were saying they didn’t want to join BTF because this post was so good and making them a lot of money! LOL

Anyway, if you thought this post was good, it’s about 1/100th of whats in BTF.

And yes, you can become a basic member and still get it. It makes up a section of our Fast Start Guide. I also made several videos showing myself using the system, getting a site ranked # 1, from start to finish.

Best,
Kelly

Hi Kelly,
this was an epic post and I meant to come back to this to follow it but now I see that it’s been put behind the membership site.

Is it possible for you to please share the post in an email if not publicly?

Thanks
Joe
